In 2022, Pauline received a life-altering diagnosis: stage 3 breast cancer. What followed was a journey filled with courage and resiliance.  Over the course of her battle, Pauline endured 16 rounds of grueling chemotherapy, a daunting surgery and another 16 rounds of radiation therapy.  Each day was a testament to the strength within her and the unwavering support of her loved ones.  This fight has taught Pauline the profound value of hope, determination, and the incredible power of the human spirit.  Today Pauline proudly stands as a survivor, a testament to the unyielding will to overcome adversity and embrace life's challenges head-on.  Her journey against breast cancer is a story of resilience, faith, and the triumph of human spirit.

We are participating and fundraising for this year’s Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure on Sunday, October 6, 2024, because we believe better treatment options and survival outcomes are possible. And we want to support all Canadians impacted by breast cancer, including our family and friends.
