Carol's Heart and Soul Sisters

Many of you know that I walked for many years in the Weekend to End Breast Cancer and never did I think my family would be touched by someone having cancer.
This past October my sister Carol was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). She’s fought a tough battle up to today, with aggressive treatment all while receiving the best care from her medical team and her village of family/friends. She has shown us all true resilience, positivity, determination and what a fighter she truly is. She’s IS determined to kick cancer in the butt!
This year I have decided to walk in the CIBC Run for the Cure Vaughan on Sunday, October 6th, 2024, to bring awareness to breast cancer and to raise funds to find a cure.
