I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to my co workers in the Diagnostic Imaging department at the QEH who showed tremendous care and ensured the diagnosis and treatment were performed in a timely manner easing the burden of waiting for imaging and results. 

We are so grateful that after almost a year later we are able to walk along side my sister who is now CANCER FREE and thriving. To say she is my hero is an understatement. She faced this diagnosis and surgery with bravery and resilience. A true inspiration to all of us.

We know that not every family is as fortunate as we are to have had the outcome we have had and for that reason I am showing my support not only to my brave courageous sister but to the thousands of Canadians that are diagnosed with breast cancer every year.
