To show my support for the thousands of Canadians diagnosed with breast cancer every year, I am participating in the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.

Many of my family and friends have had this disease. I have never told her this but the one that hit me hardest was my childhood friend. She is a superhero who inspires me every day. I think of her every single time we've given a patient this news. I don't get to say it enough but luvs you CDD.
