Every day, 75 Canadians will hear the words “you have breast cancer.” While these Canadians are living longer, healthier lives after a breast cancer diagnosis, there is still so much work to be done.

It has been over four years since my diagnosis and over three years since I have been considered in remission. I'm so thankful for the research, medicine, and clinical trials to help make more people like myself become a breast cancer survivor.

This year I am running again with my team, Team Lulu, for the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure.
