In March of 2022, I was diagnosed with  breast cancer.  We had a group of friends gather together to participate in the CIBC Run for the Cure that year and raised more than $10,000! It was the highlight of my year and I felt (and feel) so incredibly gratful to have friends and family in my life that are so supportive and uplifting. I am also so thankful to everyone who donated and helped us to raise a huge sum of money for breast cancer research. 

Last year, due to cancer related surgery and treatment, we had to pause on participating in the run/ walk but this year, it's on again!

We will be raising money specifically for metastatic breast cancer.
