This is my 28th year as a breast cancer survivor, and I am thankful each and every day to be able to say that. So many women (and men) face this diagnosis each year but most are able to continue on with their lives thanks to the research and support provided through the Canadian Cancer Society. So I am happy to be fundraising and participating again in this year's Run for the Cure. I was delighted to have my two daughters and granddaughter join me in last Year's Run.
