Metastatic Breast Cancer - Keep on Thriving
Keep on Thriving! That is the name of our team. Emily (diagnosis 2017) and I (diagnosis 2006, 2017 and 2020) are not just surviving--we are thriving. Yes breast cancer has impacted our lives but it has not stopped us! We have been very lucky to have wonderful care from health care providers and the ongoing support from our family and friends.
We have benefited from research that has provided new treatments. Without these treatments we would not have survived and would not be thriving!
