It’s time to get moving! Whether it’s running, swimming, paddling or hiking, physical activity can be more than just a workout. It can also be a great way to fight cancer!
There are two ways to do it. Participate in an established local athletic challenge that currently supports the Canadian Cancer Society, or plan your own activity as a solo or team fundraiser. Either way, raising funds for the fight against cancer will be no sweat!

Team Gary recently ran in the Mississauga Marathon to support their grandfather, father and family member Gary who is fighting liver cancer. The team of 13 raised an incredible $4,455 in the fight against cancer. Way to go Team Gary!
