To recognize the hard work of our participants and teams, we’re excited to present Relay Awards at each Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life location!
The award winners for top individual fundraisers and top fundraising teams will be announced during the ceremonies at each local Relay For Life event. Winners will also be posted on the Relay Facebook Pages!
The deadline to qualify for Fundraising Awards is 10:00 p.m. PST on Friday, June 7, 2024.* Awards will be presented to winners at your local Relay event on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
The deadline for the Toronto Relay For Life location is Wednesday June 5, 2024 at 10pm PST.
For offline funds to be counted towards these fundraising awards, the funds must be showing online by the deadlines outlined above and below.
Donation forms, bank stamped or with deposit receipts can be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society via email to connect@cancer.ca or mailed to the address below. Processing times vary, but please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from receipt of the form at CCS, to offline fundraising being reflected in your totals online.

Relay Determination Award
The Relay Determination Awards are presented to the top adult and youth individual fundraisers at each Relay location.
The top fundraising team in each team category listed below will be presented with a special award to recognize the team’s contributions and hard work.
Corporate Spirit Award
The Corporate Spirit Award is presented to the top fundraising corporate team at each Relay location.
Friends and Family Team Challenge Award
The top fundraising Friends and Family Team Challenge Award is presented to the top fundraising friends and family team at each Relay location.
Team Tent Award
Be recognized as one of the top 3 teams at your Relay! The top 3 teams who also meet the minimum fundraising amount of $5,000 by the deadline of May 27, 2024, will receive a Team Tent space. Note: only funds reflected on the website by May 27, 2024 at 10:00 p.m PST will be counted.
