With nearly 1 in 2 Canadians expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, cancer affects us all — but it’s something we can face together. Relay For Life is your chance to show those affected by cancer in our communities that they’re not alone. Sign up for Relay today, and join your local community for a night of fun, friendship, and lasting memories.

Event day schedule

The Survivors' Victory Lap is the first lap of all Relay For Life events.

After that, we just ask you have at least one member of your team on the track at all times. At Relay, this is an important way we honour those who are currently living with cancer.

What's happening at your Relay

On and off the track, you can always find something to do at Relay For Life. You’ll get the chance to meet survivors and fellow members of your community, and celebrate the impact you’ve made together.
